Our 130m² apartment is located on the 5th floor without elevator of a Parisian building. The apartment is sunny and crosses two quiet courtyards, which allows it to be refreshed in summer. The area is very close to the lively streets of the capital, 2 steps from different metro lines, with many local shops.

The Space

The apartment is organized on 2 floors: 1st: living room, dining room, kitchen and teen/child area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are also 2 toilets. 2nd: master suite of 20m² with a shower room and a toilet. The position on the 5th and 6th floors gives plenty of sunshine and views to the sky.
