General Overview

Our beautiful and private guesthouse is nearby nature as well as amenities. Close to highways, restaurants, and grocery stores but within 30 min drive to loads of hikes with waterfalls and old growth forests. Seattle is a 30 min drive. Visit the San Juan Islands for the day and go whale watching, or visit the famous tulip fields. This is our guest house and airbnb. We have great reviews! Since we are permanent hosts we are great at taking care or your home.

The Space

Beautiful and open 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. It is connected but has no access from the main house. There is a private entry.

The unit is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to major roads, restaurants, grocery stores, and Costco. The unit is equidistant to Lake Stevens and Snohomish town centers. The idyllic first street and river walk in Snohomish is a 10 min drive.
