Our home is perched atop a hill, offering breathtaking views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier. Though we’re in the city, our peaceful residential neighborhood is just a short walk from two stunning parks—Martha Washington Park, with rolling lawns and lake access, and Seward Park, about half a mile away, which features old-growth forests, a pottery studio, and an Audubon Society sanctuary. Inside, our home is the perfect balance of coziness and spaciousness, with modern design and large windows that bring the outdoors in. The kitchen opens seamlessly into the living and dining areas, creating an inviting, open flow. The original 1940s rambler section of the home includes three bedrooms on the ground floor, while three generously sized bedrooms with high ceilings occupy the upstairs. With four bathrooms, there’s ample space for everyone to enjoy privacy and comfort. Additionally, there’s a basement with a den/bedroom for extra flexibility. Our backyard is a peaceful retreat, featuring a hot tub, a patio with a large shade umbrella, and a garden.

We are a family of 7: Arielle, Robert and our 5 kids ranging in age from 14-24. We also have 3 cats. Our three oldest kids live in Israel. We have lived in Seattle in the beautiful Seward Park neighborhood for 9.5 years. We have lived on the West Coast for most of our lives. We love to hike and kayak and explore.
