General Overview

Beautiful modern house with oversized windows and lots of sunshine in a wonderful community. Close to two playgrounds, multiple hiking trails, kayaking/canoeing sites on the Potomac River, charming downtown Bethesda with vibrant food scene and 20 min drive to everything Washington DC has to offer. We could also offer our car for ease of getting around.

The Space

Our house is on two floors. The main floor has a beautiful open layout with a large modern kitchen, island with barstools, dining area and living area. Two smaller bedrooms are down the hallway, one with a crib that can be converted into a toddler bed and another with a single bed, as well as a full bath and a half bath. The lower floor has a bigger bedroom with a queen bed and desk, full bath and a very large area that's unfurnished and serves as a play area filled with all sorts of toys. There's another play room that has a a Swedish ladder and a climbing wall perfect for kiddos. We also have a deck with a large table and a gas grill that you're welcome to use.
