It is a beautiful secure apartment on a Barrier entry area of an amazing holiday complex. The views of the coast are nothing short of spectacular. We have 180 degree sea and Mountain View’s with the sun from sunrise to sunset. Some of the coasts best beaches are only a five minute drive or a 20 minute walk. 
The apartment is Duplex with both upper and lower floor balconies looking straight out to sea. It is a tranquil setting away from the crowds when you need to be. The most amazing swimming pool complex of any in the area. Yet very quick to be in the heart of the action on the beaches and town. It has included secure parking and can include if needed the use of our suv vehicle to get around. The Calpe area is fantastic for exploring and offers amazing cycling,hiking and  mountaineering opportunities. Not to mention sailing and water sports. The travel accessibility is second to none for the whole of Europe via both Alicante and Valencia airports. We could not wish for more, yet being British we can only spend a maximum of 90 days in the last 180 days there because of Brexit. Hence we want to also explore the world when not in Calpe.

The Space

The apartment is on two floors with a wrap around balcony on the ground floor, a kitchen, lounge, bathroom. The upper floor has master bedroom with balcony, a second bedroom and a bathroom. . It is very secure gated locked. Just a matter of. 10m from its own private parking.

Guest Access

Ground floor easily accessible 1 step entry to front door. Lower floor easily lived in for elderly or disabled. Upper floor access via turning staircase. 
Secure locked patio entrance accessible via key lock system.

In the immediate area are the facilities of the complex. 3 local restaurants within 10 minutes walk. By car the coastal beaches town and Calpe tennis/paddle tennis club, The Calpe Marina and vibrant town centre.

Getting to my home

By Air into Alicante or Valencia airport. Then just an easy motorway drive of approximately 1 hour to Calpe.

Would you like a vacation swap to our beautiful 180 degree sea and Mountain View 3 bedroom apartment on the sunny Costa Blanca in Calpe. Calpe boasts an amazing 3000+ hours a year of beautiful weather. It’s also an amazing base to travel out from with ridiculously cheap airfares Europe wide from both Alicante and Valencia Airports. We would live there full time but Brexit restricted to 90 days in the last 180 maximum. We are based on a fabulous holiday complex with the most amazing swimming pools complex. For us it’s our paradise and your sure to agree if you swap.
