General Overview

Our apartment has 4 bedrooms, all exterior and with double beds. It has been recently renovated. All rooms have a desk and chairs, making it an ideal room for people who want to telework, but also for families or couples. There are two balconies, one of them receives the sunrise sun with very good views of a large park, and the other balcony is west facing and receives the sun at sunset. The urbanization where it is located is quiet, located in a new neighborhood of Logroño, full of restaurants of varied gastronomy (Mediterranean, Pakistani, Greek, ramen, Venezuelan, etc.) cafes, bakery, butcher, greengrocer, supermarkets, and a shopping center 10 minutes walk away. The centre of Logroño is 25 minutes away, but under the house there is a bus stop that goes to the centre. The urbanization has a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball, solarium area and private playground. There is a large garage space, and it could be considered a car exchange. It is our second home and it is all new and very clean, so we ask that it be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered (therefore there is no cleaning fee), and with the bed linen and towels that have been used put in the washing machine. The house does not have a living room or television, but there is internet and air conditioning.
