General Overview

We live on a ‘lifestyle block’ is in a quiet no exit street within a wonderful close knit ( but not nosy) community. We enjoy our extensive gardens with 4 egg laying chooks, the outdoor pool in summer and spa pool in the winter. Lovely outdoor living. Our home is 25 years old but built to look like an old villa. All the charm without the draughts or squeaky floor boards. Three bedrooms, each with queen size beds. The master has an en-suite bathroom. Family bathroom with bath and shower. There’s also an office which could fit a Porto cot and the garage has a self contained apartment/ studio. Double glazed windows, air conditioning, roof fans for summer, heat pumps and open fire for winter. We have family/ grandchildren in Russell Lea Sydney and like to visit for 2 - 3 weeks each year. Or more often if possible.

We’re a kiwi couple in our mid 60’s. I teach yoga, he’s a nurse. Our primary 3 bedroom plus office home with swimming pool is in a rural location 5 mins from Hamilton City in the Waikato. Close to Cambridge, karapiro, 45 mins to Raglan and one hour to Rotorua.
