General Overview

Our 1927 house is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood close to downtown. We just finished a kitchen and bathroom remodel. Four bedrooms, 2 baths, dining room, living room and basement family room. We have a patio and a small backyard with a play structure. We’re close to the city center, beaches, hiking, ferries to nearby islands and kids activities like the science center, children’s theater, aquarium and zoo. A 10-15 minute drive to the Space Needle and Pike Place Market.

The Space

The four bedrooms have a king, a queen, and two twins. The basement playroom has cabinets packed with games and toys.

Neighbourhood

We’re walking distance (down a hill) to a grocery store, restaurants, bookstore and a Saturday farmers market. There’s a bus stop around the corner to take you downtown. Hike at Discovery Park, watch boats, seals and salmon at the Ballard Locks. We’re also close to the popular Ballard and Queen Anne neighborhoods.

Nearest airport

Seattle-Tacoma airport (SEA) is 30 minutes away.

Getting Around

We are walking distance to parks and shops, but since we’re at the top of a hill, you’ll likely want a car. The city bus is just around the corner and can get you downtown, to Seahawks, Kraken, Storm or Mariners games or throughout the city.
