We love the views of Sydney Harbour from every windows even the en suite toilet and at the same time complete privacy as there are no other tall buildings nearby! Most people say they’re some of the best views they’ve ever seen - 180 degree harbour views from Rose Bay to Rushcutters Bay including Sydney harbour bridge and opera house. Friends even bring their overseas guests to visit and see the views. We have 2 balconies, timber floors and a restful neutral decor with kitchen and bathroom - not newly renovated - but in good nick with new Miele appliances. The building has both indoor and outdoor pools and a Concierge desk. There are 2.5 acres of gardens with a BBQ area available for booking. Close to small local theatres. Indoor and outdoor pool. BBQ area. Easy access to city, harbour, parks, transport, restaurants. We are a semi retired couple with a son living in London so we would like to exchange our central Sydney harbour views 3 br apartment for an apartment or house near Kensington, London. Our spacious apartment sleeps four and has views of Sydney Harbour bridge and the Sydney Opera house from every room, lots of sun and light, 2.5 acres of garden around the building with indoor and outdoor pools and sauna. Friends often bring overseas visitors to see the views. We don’t require a simultané swap ( although that would be nice) as we have a house in the Blue Mountains where we spend a lot of time.
