General Overview

We built this home 10 years ago, and didn't cut any corners, and it's thoughtfully furnished/decorated. Our house is one side of a duplex (with extra sound-proofing built-in, so we never hear our neighbors) and are located on a corner faces South, so get lots of natural light from sun up to sun down. Our open floor plan on the main level is the heart of our entertaining, along with outdoor patio (with hot tub). On the main floor, you'll also find a dedicated office with solid wood sliding doors for privacy, and a half bath. On the 2nd floor you'll find 3 bedrooms: 1 primary suite (with large walk-in closet + en-suite 5 piece bath, including a steam shower and air jetted tub, with separate water closet and spacious patio), 2 additional bedrooms (1 with a private patio in the front of the house), another full bathroom and separate laundry room. The 3rd floor loft is our space to entertain, enjoy a workout, or watch a movie, complete with a wet bar, half bathroom, and opens up to a large rooftop patio that overlooks the city of Denver. The house is centrally located in North Denver's Sunnyside neighborhood, just blocks to the many restaurants and upscale bars in LoHi. Just 1 mile to downtown Denver, and 1 block to the 38th Ave bus route, and 3 blocks to the Light Rail station (which takes you into downtown Denver's Union Station, or out to Olde Town Arvada's entertainment district). Our location also offers easy access to Denver's main interstates: I-25 (north and south) and 1-70 (east/airport to west/mountains and beyond).

My family of 3 (husband, myself and our 8 yr old son) just returned from visiting Australia and we are in love.
