The Space

Spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, leading to a 30m² terrace with breathtaking sea views. The terrace features a dining table and a cozy lounge area perfect for relaxing. The master bedroom offers a sea view and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a work desk, ideal for remote work. A second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. For added convenience, a washer is available in the apartment.

Guest Access

The apartment is located on the first floor, and easily accessible via an elevator from the garage.

Notes

This apartment is part of a brand-new development, and we are in the process of moving in. As such, we currently don't have additional pictures available, but we will update the listing as soon as possible. Behind the building, there is an ongoing construction area. However, you won’t hear or see it from the apartment, and the only place where you might notice it is from the pool area. The major construction work is complete, and no loud noise is expected moving forward
