General Overview
One of America's cutest small towns, Cazenovia is located in Upstate New York amid lush rolling green hills. Our house is historic (late 1800s) and has been carefully maintained and renovated (brand new bathrooms in 2023). It's walking distance to the village shops & restaurants, the farmer's market (May - Oct) and two lakeside parks. The lake is great for swimming and kayaking, or just packing a picnic and enjoying the sunset. There are also lots of great hikes nearby, including the lovely Stone Quarry Art Park, Chittenango Falls, and Delphi Falls. Near Syracuse University and Colgate University (for anyone scouting colleges!).
The Space
A charming front porch greets you into the house. Inside on the 1st floor, you'll find a sitting room with a large gas fireplace, a dining room, TV room, full kitchen and powder room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms -- one with a king bed, one with two twins, and one with one twin -- and 2 full bathrooms. There's also a lovely back porch (covered) and terrific yard for kids to play.
