General Overview

We are located in the heart of Central Otago in Luggate- 12-15 minutes from Wanaka and 1 hr 15 minutes from Queenstown. A great spot to base yourselves to go exploring, skiing or hiking and swimming in summer.

The Space

Sunny, modern 2 bedroom home on a family friendly cul-de-sac. Open Kitchen, Dining, Living planning. The main bedroom is upstairs with a super king bed and a second bedroom downstairs with two king single beds. Sheltered sunny courtyard and garden plus mountain views from upstairs. A heatpump and fire too. An extension is underway on our home to add a third bedroom and second bathroom, this will be completed by the time we wish to exchange.

Guest Access

Level access to the ground floor living and bathroom areas. Main bedroom is upstairs. Separate garage and off-street parking.

Neighbourhood

Our area is a locals area with families. Within walking distance is a local pub, basic dairy, playground and coffee cart. Wanaka offers great restaurants, supermarket sand anything else you might need. We are ten minutes walk from the Clutha river track where we go running, walking, biking and swimming. We are walking distance to a playground and coffee cart.

Getting to my home

Luggate is 12-15 minutes drive from Wanaka.

Nearest airport

Queenstown airport is 1 hr 15 minute drive.

Getting Around

There is no public transport in the Central Otago area! We can offer our bikes (not e-bikes sorry!).
