It's an escape from the chaos with gorgeous walks from the door down to the canal or across farmlands. 
Flecknoe seems miles away from everything (3 miles from a Waitrose and Tesco), yet is a perfect base to explore. perhaps you want to tick off the Cotswolds, Warwick Castle, Stratford upon Avon, visit Birmingham or walk the canals.
There's a fast train from Rugby station to London (under 50 mins), or in just over 20 mins central Birmingham.
There is a lively village community and we can let you know in advance of any events you can participate in. there's also a small village pub, next door to the house.

The Space

Our home has big rooms to enjoy. We have a pool table and a gorgeous garden pavilion for entertaining.

Guest Access

2 floors, all bedrooms are upstairs.

Notes

We grow our own veg, and have an allotment and a polytunnel 200m away,  so if you are up for watering when its hot, you can help yourselves to fresh fruit and veg.

We are couple in our 50's with one gorgeous but old border terrier (he's 16).
Our girls  have both flown the nest and we are loving the freedom to travel more that semi retirement has brought. We love going away, but we loving coming home just as much.
