General Overview
Our home is nestled in the scenic Sierra Nevada foothills of Northern California's famed Gold Country. We love living with fresh mountain air, beautiful views, and abundant nature. Most importantly, it is safe and accessible, on a 4mi walking loop with 6 parks and beaches. The parks have pickleball, basketball, sand volleyball, tennis courts, fire pits, fishing and playgrounds.
We wake up to birds chirping, squirrels jumping through trees, and deer and wild turkey in the yard. We end the day sipping tea while watching the sun set.
It's a vacation every day!
The Space
Inside our house, we've turned the downstairs and yard into a full on kidzone. There's a play room, a tree house, swings, and open space for them to explore. Upstairs we've mimicked a cozy cabin vibe, along with a log mantel and stone fireplace. We absolutely love to host, so our dining area can expand to accommodate 14 adults and 6 kids.
Our front yard has a BBQ, outdoor seating, lavender garden. The back yard is our own private woods, playground, sanctuary.
