We call it "The Less Than 30-Minute Home" because it is 30 minutes from many things. A 5-minute walk to a beach. A 5-minute drive to beautiful Broughty Ferry. A 10 and 15-minute drive to central Dundee and several Country Parks. A 10-20 minute drive to world-famous Open golf courses in Carnoustie and St Andrews and the amazing Arbroath Smokie. A 30-minute to the Cairngorm National Park, the gateway to spectacularness.
Our street is quiet, with views across to Fife. Our home is cosy and well laid out.
There is a large modern kitchen, a large living room, and a large dining room. There are also two large bedrooms and an office I built. (I say office, but it has quickly become my whisky collection repository.)

Family. It is now just me and Jackie. The kids have been away for years, but we see them often.
Jackie retired this year after 40 years of nursing. I am self-employed and gradually stepping back from that.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
