General Overview

Our beach house has 5 bedrooms. 3 king beds 1 queen bed and a bunk room with 2 double beds and 4 single beds. We are double water frontage with the ocean on one side with steps directly to the beach and a creek on the other. We have stand up paddle boards and kayaks on our jetty for your use.

The Space

Our house is set on a peninsula with creek on one side and ocean on the other, the street is a dead end so there’s no traffic. We walk in to Byron town in 20 minutes or 5 mins by car. It’s quiet, tropical and in the centre of this famous coastal town. Along with the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms there are 2 kitchens and 2 lounge rooms.

Guest Access

The beach house is built on small split levels, ground floor has 2 ensuite bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Middle floor (6 steps) has bunk room, bathroom and laundry. Next floor (6 steps) has another kitchen and 2 ensuite bedrooms. Top floor has large lounge and dining tv room and beach terrace with outside bath and shower both with hot water.

Notes

A cleaning fee of average AU$100 per room applies to globe exchanges. I will put you in contact with our housekeeper once the booking is confirmed. Absolutely no smoking allowed inside or out, we have compromised family members.

Byron Bay is a renowned beach town with charm, restaurants, cafes and artisan shops. The hinterland villages of Bangalow and Newrybar are charming and artisanal, only 20 minutes by car

Getting to my home

Ballina airport is 40 minutes away and Coolangatta airport (domestic and international) is 45 minutes away. It’s 60 minutes drive from the Gold Coast and 2 hours from Brisbane airport

We are a family of avid skiers and golfers and are looking for these active destinations. Our beach house is absolute beachfront in the famous beach town of Byron Bay. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all ensuites. Sleeps 14. I also travel with smaller parties of 2-3 people always interested in Scandinavia
