Even though the flat is located in the middle of Berlin, it is very quiet during the day and night. You will also have everything you need nearby: train- and busstations 2 minutes away, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, theaters, gallerys, beautiful parks like Tiergarten or Gleisdreieck. You can easily walk to the famous Philharmonie aswell.
