General Overview
Comfortable characterful, but modern home in a quiet village location, with excellent walks and access to the local area and London.
The Space
We have one main living area, with a conservatory/ dining seating area onto the patio area.
Downstairs there is a cloakroom WC and kitchen, as well as a converted garage TV room (also with access to the patio/ garden) and access to the storage front of the garage and fridge freezer and dryer.
Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms - one with en suite shower room and one with separate bathroom.
Our outside space consists of a patio/ terrace with BBQ and garden table and chairs and an additional raised area with artificial lawn and additional seating, ideal for afternoon/ early evening sun.
There are 2 parking spaces in front - one of which will be available for guests as well as additional visitors spaces.

Neighbourhood
The house is located in a small village which a bus the serves the village hourly taking you to both of the main towns. Taxis serve the village and are easily available.
There are 2 pubs in the village as well as several local excellent pubs/ restaurants within walking or a very short drive. We are also 5 minutes drive/ taxi from 2 town centres that also have a great selection of bars and restaurants.
There are lovely walks around the local area.
Plus the main trains stations are both approx 5-10 minutes drive. We are equi-distant from 2 main line stations (with access to London and one with trains to Edinburgh and the North).
Getting to my home
Our home is approx 30-40 mins from Heathrow by car.
We are 20 mins from Luton Airport.
We are also 5-10 mins from train stations which provide access to central London within 30 mins as well as direct access to Gatwick (approx 1h 20 by train).
The village is located directly off the A1 (M) so is easy to access lots of local destinations, and is well served by taxis and Uber services.

Getting Around
We are approx 10 mins drive to two main towns. Both can be walked into in about 20-30 minutes.
It is a 5 minute drive to the nearest large super market (there are 2-3 other large supermarkets a short distance further away) - or a 20 minute walk.
An hourly bus also serves the village.
