General Overview

5 bedroom older much loved home. Easy walk into Arrowtown with its plethora of relaxed restaurants, bars and cute gold miner feel. Direct access to the cycle trails, just 25 minutes to the Coronet Peak ski field. Half an hour from the excitements of Queenstown. Ideal base for larger groups. All bedrooms have queen double beds, so sleeps up to 10 people. 2 bathrooms, wood burner and heat pumps for winter warmth and AC for summer cooling . For non-simultaneous or hospitality swaps we can offer part of our house which we usually have on Airbnb. If this is what you’re interested in us and I can send you a link so you can see what is in that part of the house.

The Space

Whole house: Larger living room kitchen with dining table, 2 queen bedrooms upstairs bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. 3 queen bedrooms downstairs, Small shower with WC, laundry. Part house (for non simultaneous/ hospitality swaps) : Two queen bedrooms small shower with WC laundry, Kitchenette with microwave toaster and kettle, private access. We do live above and you will hear footsteps.

Guest Access

Access to our house requires you to be able to get up a few steps. Inside the house, there is a staircase to access the downstairs bedrooms. There is also one step between the kitchen and the living room.
