CLOSE TO BEACH, CAFES, TOWN SIGHTSEEING
Our townhouse is 50 metres from beautiful Curl Curl beach and in walking distance to cafes on the beach, up the road and around the corner. A bus stopping 50 metres away from our home will get you into Sydney City (Opera House, Circular Quay, museums etc). This bus service operates from early morning to 9.30am and then you can come home on the same bus from 3.30pm until late evening. No need for a car here in any season.
Otherwise, you can get a bus to Manly Wharf and on to Circular Quay by Manly Ferry or the Fast Ferry.
The space
We have a recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 story townhouse.
Upstairs - Main bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has a king single bed, The latter two bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Downstairs- lounge with TV, study/library, large kitchen, open plan dining area which is surrounded by our courtyard garden. Behind the grey wall you see in the main photo is a small street of trees, then a road and then on the other side of the road is the ocean. It's truly a beautiful location.
Guest access
2 floors, guests do need to be able to walk upstairs to the bedrooms.
Access to the front door is easy and on level ground from the street level.
There is plenty of on street parking at the front of the premises.

Neighbourhood
I can best describe our neighbourhood this way -
In one day, you could take a walk/run a circuit around the lagoon just behind our home, stop at a cafe along the way for a coffee, continue on home. Relax and have brekkie in the sun room, read the papers, walk up to Freshwater shops for lunch or picnic/swim at the beach, do some window shopping, then walk home.
Or perhaps, go for a bike ride or a surf.
Evening could be a barbeque dinner or order a meal via ubereats ( it could be Italian, Thai, Japanese.... the list is long) and catching up on a TV program or a stroll along the beach boardwalk.
You will sleep well tonight!
Getting to my home
From the airport, you can travel by uber or taxi to our home or by, train, ferry, then bus right to our door.
Nearest airport
Kingsford Smith (Sydney) is 30km, 40 minute drive
Getting around
Uber and taxi can be accessed at the front door.
Public Transport is very good with buses to Warringah Mall Shopping Centre, Manly Beach and Wharf and Dee Why every 20 - 30 minutes and 50 metres from our front door.
You can easily walk to cafes, restaurants and local gelato, clothing shops (15 minute walk, 5 minutes bus trip).
Warringah Mall, our large shopping centre, does require a short trip by bus (10 minutes) or car (7 minutes).
