A detached, four bedroom home. Green field views out the front and back of the property. Very quiet living space. A small playground approximately 2min walk from the property (see pictures). Backs onto a green field typically occupied by cows. Lots to explore close by: - 5min to closet beach, Southerndown - 7min to the popular Ogmore beach and river - 10min to Merthyr Mawr sand dunes - 10min to Llantwit major village - 15min to Bridgend/major supermarkets and stores - 15min to Cowbridge, the popular, historic market town - 25min to Cardiff airport - 35min to Cardiff - 50min to Swansea - 1hr and 10min to the world famous Gower beaches

Note: one sleeping space consists of a floor based extendable mattress previously used on an extendable toddler bed. It has previously been used by an adult, but would suggest this sleeping space is occupied by a small child if all seven sleep spaces are required. Baby gates and large travel cot available if required.
