The Space

1,300 sq-ft 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. Room 1: just for sleeping - has a queen bed and dresser. Room 2: a spacious office and guest room with a full bed. Room 3: a lovely bonus room featuring an office, home gym, and reading nook. Has a futon and plenty of room for our queen-sized air mattress for additional guests. The building is a quaint 4-unit walk-up with friendly neighbors and a beautiful backyard with seating areas, firepits, and an electric grill. Shared laundry is available in the basement.

The neighborhood is safe and vibrant. The subway station is a 7-min walk away and takes you straight to downtown (20 minutes) and the airport (25 minutes). There are tons of parks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, vintage clothing stores, bookstores, boutique fitness studios, and grocery stores within a short walk! The apartment faces a residential street and stays quite while still being close to the action! Come experience the best Chicago has to offer from our oasis in Logan Square!

O'Hare International Airport - 25 minutes drive away, or a quick ride on the train! The blue line from the airport drops you off just a 7-minute walk from the apartment.

Getting Around

Walk, bus, train! It is so easy to get around the neighborhood and get to the Loop (downtown Chicago) using public transit.
