The neighborhood is safe and vibrant. The subway station is a 5-min walk away and takes you straight to downtown (15 minutes) and the airport (30 minutes).
There are tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, vintage clothing stores, bookstores, boutique fitness studios, and grocery stores within a short walk! There is also a greenway bike/walk trail nearby and several good bus lines.

O'Hare International Airport - 30 minutes drive away, or a quick ride on the train! The blue line from the airport drops you off just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
