My condo is small but comfortable and is directly on the lake with a stunning view.  It's so lovely to wake up to every morning.  Small mountain town but with all the amenities you may need. Shopping, dining, entertainment are all a quick drive away.  Many hiking trails and outdoor activities and seasonally you can rent boats from the marina and use the lake.  People paddleboard and kayak all summer although the water is very cold.  We are 90 minutes from Denver, about 90 mintures from bolder and 40 minutes from Vail.  Frisco is the sweetest little down and just about 5 minutes away.  Very close to many ski resorts, Dillon, Breckendridge, Copper and not too far of a drive to Vail and Beaver Creek.

The Space

Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.  One bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and the other has a queen bed with a twin bunk on top.  Ample parking and door is on the first floor.

We have a full kitchen and a wood burning fireplace.

Notes

This is a rental for me most of the time although we do go up every month or so, so it isn't always available for simultaneous stays, but I will always try to work it out.

Getting Around

You will likely want to have a car or be willing to uber to different locations.  There are some shops within walking distance and you could certainly bike to frisco over the dam, but you'll want a car to be able to explore a lot.

I am a nurse practitioner and empty nester.  I own a medical practice and have a flexible schedule, often working from home.  I haven't been able to travel much in my life, now that my girls are grown and on their own I'm ready to experience all the places!
