Our 3x2 family home is nestled smack bang between the bush and some of the best beaches in the world. Walk out the front door and up the road to sit on the beach or down the road to wander thru star swamp, some beautiful bushland. 

We have a lovely long driveway that leads to our garage which is where our kids spend so much time riding and scooting and creating. We have a backyard area too that is paved with a small garden to sip your coffee whilst you watch the wattle birds forage for nectar in our wattle bush. 

There are two entertaining areas - one which is the kids ‘playroom” and our music room, with a piano and keyboard and two out of tune guitars (please feel free to tune and play them ;)).  

The main bedroom has a super king bed which is the best investment we ever made 😍 and soo comfortable with an ensuite. The kids rooms both have queen sized beds with a separate toilet and bathroom down their side of the house. 

Our kitchen is the most used room in the house with all the equipment you’d need, including a thermomix, pressure cooker, ice cream maker, sandwich press (plus more - we love to cook!) and a fantastic brand new coffee machine that is super simple to use - just push a button.

We have all you need to enjoy this stunning area we live in - a beach trolley cart to pull kids/food/toys down to the beach. An electric bike that attaches to a kids bike trailer to ride around the bush/along the coast as it is a bit hilly. Cool cabana and toys for the beach etc.

We are also one street back from some fantastic coffee shops/ mt lawley bakery and some local food shops (great pizza place and Thai restaurant) - also walking distant to Farmer jacks (shop) that has al your fresh fruit/veg and staples. 

We love love love where we live and are so incredibly grateful for this beautiful land we call home and know that you will LOVE all there is to see and do in this wonderful spot.
