Neighbourhood
Our house is in Cowley, to the east of Oxford. It's a 20 minute walk from the Cowley Road, a cool student area with a large variety of cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a very good regular bus service to the city centre just a few minutes from our house. In the immediate local area there is a park a few minutes walk away with a nature reserve, tennis courts (free) a basket ball court and a playground. A five minute walk away is our local pub, which serves good food and has a lovely garden.
Getting Around
Buses are a fast and easy way to get around. You can get to the city centre in 20 minutes by bus or you could walk (40 mins) or cycle (20 minutes). The shops and restaurants of Cowley Road are a 20 minute walk away or five minutes by bus.

Roz
We are a family of three, Roz, Sami and our daughter Maya, who is four years old. We have two beautiful Siamese cats, Chilli and Ava (who don't travel with us, but need looking after when we are away). Roz is a teacher and Sami is an engineer.
