General Overview

What we love about our LA home is the backyard, filled with bougainvillea, greenery, and citrus trees—orange, grapefruit, and lemon—and the charm of our eclectic space. We enjoy taking dips in the jacuzzi and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. We're close to Manhattan Beach and Playa del Rey, and just a short distance from Hollywood, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need just minutes away. Our apartment in the South of France is also available for swapping. It's a stylish, new, modern building with two bedrooms, a balcony, and A/C, which is a fabulous treat. Parking is included. Located in a charming medieval artist village along the Côte d'Azur, we love its proximity to the beach and the Old Village, which is just five minutes away. Plus, the Boulongerie is a mere two blocks away!
