General Overview

We live in a flat nestled in the town of Delémont, the capital of the canton of Jura, Switzerland. Our beautiful flat is atypical, and one of the reasons we like it is that it's warm and cosy. In autumn and winter, we often spend our evenings by the fire in the living room. We're lucky enough to have a large terrace overlooking the town, which is a rare luxury for an old town flat. Delémont is a small town in a rural area, ideal for nature lovers, but also close to cities such as Basel, Biel, Neuchâtel and Bern. Switzerland is small and very well served by public transport in particular! :-)

Jéromine

Hi everyone! We are Jéromine and Lorain, a couple in our thirties living in Switzerland. I (Jéromine) am an artist and teach visual arts at a secondary school. I’ve taken a 6-month leave to focus on an artistic project and work in a printmaking atelier in Edinburgh. Lorain is a researcher in public administration and will be visiting the University of St Andrews for 6 months next year. We are therefore looking for accommodation in Edinburgh between July 2025 and January 2026 and would be happy to offer our own accommodation in exchange. Looking forward to hearing from you!
