My home is an oasis in the city and I am blessed with the best neighbors! In the summertime, being on the Westside of LA (close to the beach) gives us much cooler temperatures (portable AC units in living and bedroom, if needed) and in the wintertime, it gets cold and cozy enough that I need to turn on the heat!
Fun fact: old LA apartment buildings used to all have a theme and a name. Ours was called "The Islander" and used to have a moat around it! The moat still exists, but is sadly dry now.
I love my sanctuary and I hope you find rest and comfort in it as well!
The space
The home features 1 bedroom and 1 bath with in-unit laundry and an office area. It's on the 2nd floor with only stair access (about 10 steps into the building and 10 steps to the 2nd floor).
I work from home so there is an adjustable standing desk with optional walking pad underneath. Bedroom features comfortable queen bed and living room has a surprisingly comfortable pull out couch with double mattress.
Guest access
Keyless entry to the building and the unit.

Neighbourhood
I own this home and one of the reasons I bought it is because even though it is off a busy street, as soon as you walk through the gates, the traffic sounds disappear! It is walkable to many restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops (a rarity in LA). I am located in the Northwest pocket of Inglewood (major cross streets are La Cienega/Centinela)
It's about 10 minutes to LAX and 15 to the beach. 2 train stations about a mile away.
