Stay in a historic 3 bedroom 1.5 bath double in a quiet brick street in the charming neighborhood of Irvington, located 2 blocks from restaurants and shops, 10 minutes from downtown Indianapolis and 20 minutes from Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Visit Indianapolis for sporting events, Comic Con, Indy 500, the largest children’s museum in the world, Indianapolis Zoo, museums and more. A deck, fenced in yard and fire pit available as well as a garage.

The Space

This is a craftsman style 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath half of a double with a fenced in yard, covered front porch, and a deck for relaxing. We do have a dog and a cat.

Our home has stairs at entrance to the home, 2 floors with an unfinished basement with laundry.

Notes

We live in a quiet street with lovely neighbors just two blocks from restaurants and shopping.
