General Overview

This is a two bed one bath main house (cabin) along with the Guest house (cabin ) which is one room aprrox 500 sq ft with separate bathroom and BBQ/Rancho area,The property is almost an acre of lush tropical plants and about 7 different varieties of fruit tree's including several coconut tree's and a lime tree. The property is in the small rural town of San Isidro Penas Blancas but just under 20 minutes to La Fortuna and all the eco adventure tours the area is famous for as well as the many thermal spa's whoch offer day pass's. There are Also great nature tours for sloths and other amazing sights, And the are is home to may coffee and cacao farms which offer tours and samples of their artisan coffee and chocolate products

The Space

The Main house is about 800 sq ft, 2 bed, one bath with high cielings tile floor full indoor kitchen/ dining area and A/C in each room, Along with the Guest cabin just steps away both sharing views of the pool and grounds. The property is almost an acre of lush tropical plants and about 7 different varieties of fruit tree's including several coconut tree's and a lime tree.

Guest Access

Both properties are ground level, no stairs, Access will likely be by myself personally or a lock box on the electric gate

Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is rather rural yet there are several great markets walking distance and well as bakery, fruit and juice stand and a few local restaurants all within 10 to 15 minutes walk. But stop to Fortuna or closest city Quesada is 5 min walk from house.

Getting to my home

Best airport to fly into is Guanacaste as it is international but smaller and far less congest than San Jose and so is the roads to the property but they are both about 2 1/2 hours away Property is just off the main road by the Municipal building about 100 meters into the neighborhood just behind

Nearest airport

Guanacast and San Jose both about 2 1/2 hour drive

Getting Around

Car rental is suggested but there is the bus and walking is possible to the most local markets

My Name is Patrick, Single Male from Boston, lived a few years in Colorado, and now living in Costa Rica and loving the peace and tranquility of it all. Desired Destinations are very general as I love to travel so open to almost anywhere but in no particlar order, Boston as its where I'm from so nice to visit, Colorado as I lived there for 3 years anywhere in the Pacific Northwest so Oregon or Washington State also Vancouver BC or Toronto would be nice. Then really open. to Spain to visit friends, or Portugal Love South America so Uruguay, Chile, or Argentina Ireland to visit friends or Scotland as I've never been. Just about anywhere in Europe. At some point a long stay in Australia/ New Zealnd (at least 3 weeks). Also Thailand or Singapore
