General Overview

Our apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator was completely redone in August 2023 (by us). Surface of 80m2 with a fully equipped semi-open kitchen, very bright living room with two large bay windows, sleeping area with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. The sofa in the living room is also convertible if 2 additional beds are needed. The exposure is ideal for enjoying the two balconies (one to the south, one to the west) at any time of the day, to eat, have a drink, play darts or cook on the plancha. We also have reversible air conditioning in case of high heat (especially in summer). If you have kids, there's a small park with games right downstairs. If you have one car, a private parking space is available (even the possibility of having two cars). We can lend two bicycles if needed.
