General overview

Our 3BR/3BA home has just been updated and is a block from the best part of Golden Gate Park (Academy of Sciences, De Young Museum, Japanese Tea Gardens, Botanical Gardens). We are interested in reciprocal exchanges (would consider non-simultaneous) but please no guest points. 7 day minimum pls. Our home has the perfect mix of modern with original Victorian period details. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a wonderfully spacious ensuite primary bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the third room is a guest room/office with a full size bed. My husband and I have owned the home for 25+ years. We recently moved back into it and have updated many things! We just completed the updates and are thrilled with the results. Ideally, we'd like an exchange with a comparable apartment/flat/house. Cross streets (for google maps): 12th Avenue and Irving St. Pls note that we have a freestanding cottage on the property with its own separate entrance. My son or my husband may be in the cottage during your stay if we need to be in SF for business. etc. You will probably not even know anyone is there!
