General overview

Our house is a family single home with an oversized pool, located in a family friendly neighborhood in Rockledge, Florida. We have the awesome Florida weather, 50 minutes distance from Disneyworld and all major Orlando parks. 25 min distance from the Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa and Daytona beach. And the best beaches that Cape Canaveral sea shores can offer.

We have 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2 bathrooms one with bathtube and the other with a shower, living room, dining indoors and outdoors at the porch. Electric fire place, and dedicated work area.

Our neighborhood is located 20 miniets distance from Cocoa Beach, popular for the surfing and the rocket launches. We have a variety to restaurants, night life and shpping options in Cocoa, Viera, Melbourne, etc. Nearby also you will find the Kennedy Space Center that give our area the Space coast title. There you can visit NASA and experience first hand the rocket launches. Orlando is located within 50 min drive, there you will find all the popular parks from Disney, Universal, Sea world, etc. If you feel like driving more to the south you will find your way to Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami and the Florida Keys.

By air the closest airport is Melbourne international airport. The biggest and most popular one is the Orlando International airport located within 50 min distance by car.
