Neighbourhood

Our home is in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood in the Southend area of Charlotte where you feel the Charlotte southern hospitality all around! We are walking distance to small park and also two playgrounds (if you are a traveling family). Also within walking distance is the newly deemed “LoSo” area with new restaurants, coffee shops, brewery galore and a light rail stop. Our neighborhood has wide sidewalks and bike lanes so enjoying the outside is easy to do. We are only about a 10-15minute drive to Uptown Charlotte as well for concerts, NFL, NBA and MLS games, museums and performing arts and everything else Charlotte has to offer!
