30 minutes from the University of Oregon, our 4 bedroom 2 story home is on 2 acres, with dragons, chickens, a garden, a pond with fountain, outdoor patio with fireplace and TV, skeletons, and a werewolf. We have only electric vehicles, so we have two car chargers as well as solar installed. Incredibly fast Internet, perfect for people that work remote

The Space

2 floors, 2 living rooms, a large dining room, and an office. Master bedroom and bathroom are on a different floor and side of the house from the other three bedrooms. Once bedroom currently used as a gym. Another bedroom has a large balcony attached.

Guest Access

2 floors. This house is not wheelchair accessible, and not recommended for anyone that has issues with stairs

Notes

We are only interested in a long term trade. Our Siberian Husky must stay here in the house and be cared for.
