General Overview

We live in a lovely, light filled Californian Bungalow. It has 3 bedrooms- two with queen beds and another set up with a cot etc. We have a highchair, pram, bassinet and plenty of toys for younger kids. We are willing to consider a car swap and can be dog friendly for the right family. I work from home and whilst it's not a dedicated office the bedrooms are set up to support this too! The living space is large and open plan making it perfect for cooking whilst watching the little ones in the play area, lounge room and even back yard.

Neighbourhood

We live in a fantastic location, one end of the street is a bustling cafe precinct, the other the Geelong waterfront. We have a small, secure yard and a large park with playground only 4 houses away. Torquay and the start of The Great Ocean Road is a 20min drive and there are plenty of beautiful wineries and beach towns within 30min drive across the Bellarine and Surfcoast. We have world class surf and a plethora of outdoor adventures all within a short drive. It's a 10min walk to the train station where you can get to Melbourne in 50mins. Our neighbours are lovely and also have young kids who I'm sure would love to play at the park.

Getting to my home

We are a 1hr drive from Melbourne International Airport.

Getting Around

There is a lot within walking distance but we can also offer a car exchange for the right person/family.
