I live in a recently renovated, modern Irish home. It is 3 bedroom and a ten minute walk to the town and the beautiful sandy beach. There is a second, stony beach and 2 deep water swimming points.
The Space
It's a 3 bedroom house with 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is a trundle bed in the room also which would fit a child but it's a tight squeeze.
There is a nice kitchen/dining room which opens on to a small courtyard. The courtyard opens on to a large park area at the rear. There is a tethered car charger and space for parking 2 cars.
Possible car swap, eNero
Guest Access
There are 2 floors and the house can be accessed using the key box.
Notes
There is a small apartment where my son and grandson live which shares the courtyard space.

I live in a nice, quiet, seaside town close to Dublin, Ireland. There are two beaches, the sandy one is very safe and lifeguard patrolled during the summer months.
