Cubby house and vege patch and patio in rear garden leading from the bifold doors from the sunroom or rear doors of house. Outside hot/cold shower when coming back from the beach.
Guest access
Large double door access, split level home - bedrooms and main bathroom up half a flight of stairs. Comfortably sleeps 6 in bedrooms in permanent beds. Have accomodated 9 with pull out matress in childs bedroom and blow up queen mattress in sun room.

Perfect for couples or families - opposite large grass playing fields & childrens playground. A walk to Manly restaurants. A walk to Warringah Mall. On a cycle path to Manly beach and on a bus route to Manly, Warringah mall or city. 20min ferry from Manly to the CBD of Sydney.
