Neighbourhood

Our home is on Marine Parade, one of Raglan’s most desirable spots. From here you can: Walk into town in around 10 minutes (via the campground and the footbridge). Enjoy cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops close by. Head to the beach in just a few minutes’ drive, or take a swim right down the road from the house. Stroll to the nearby park, perfect for families. For golf lovers, the Raglan Golf Club is only a 5-minute drive from our home. It’s a friendly local course with beautiful views across the Raglan Harbour — a relaxed spot to enjoy a round while soaking up the scenery. Being so close to the water, shops, and beaches, our home is the ideal base to experience all that Raglan has to offer.

Getting to my home

By air: The nearest airport is Hamilton Airport (HLZ), about 45 minutes’ drive. For international flights, Auckland Airport (AKL) is roughly 2 hours’ drive, and Tauranga Airport (TRG) is around 2.5 hours’ drive. By car: We recommend having a car to explore Raglan and the surrounding area comfortably. From Auckland or Hamilton, simply follow SH23 into Raglan, then head toward Marine Parade, where our home is located with beautiful water views. Local access: Shops, cafes, and restaurants are a short walk or drive from the house. Beaches and surf breaks are only a few minutes by car, and you can even swim just down the road. A nearby park is perfect for families. Other transport: Raglan has a small local bus service, plus taxis and bike hire for short trips around town.

Hamilton Airport (HLZ) – about 45 minutes’ drive. Auckland International Airport (AKL) – about 2 hours’ drive (depending on traffic). Tauranga Airport (TRG) – around 2.5 hours’ drive (less common but an option).
