The area we live in [Sonnwendviertel] is very modern, vibrant, diverse, and multicultural, with a lot of shopping and dining options around, several parks, a bouldering hall, Belvedere, and Arsenal museums within walking distance.

Getting around

Great location with efficient transport connections to the city center ( 15-20min), to other cities, or the great outdoors around Vienna if you like hiking or skiing. You will also get 2 bikes for you to use during your stay. grocery stores / shopping within 5-15min walking. If you're into hiking, there are walking routes in the city, or about a 1.5-hour train ride, you can find lower mountains with a variety of trails. From mid-November through December the city blooms with Christmas markets. During the summer months, there are several music/movie/food festivals around the city as well as numerous places for sports activities and swimming.
