General Overview

The view at the Mountain "Grimming" from the garden is amazing. The appartment is located in "Aigen im Ennstal" in the Schladming-Dachstein Region. It has one room that includes a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a double bed and a sleeping sofa. So it can accomodate 2 to 4 people but there is NO extra bedroom. In the opposite house there is a swimming pool and a sauna that can be used. The flat is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden - there is no extra fence and it could happen that neighbors chicken come and say hi :-)

The Space

The appartment is located in a holiday appartment area of 4 houses. All 4 houses have together one swimming pool and sauna which can be used by the owners. On the other side of the building there is a golf court. (extra golf feeI. The other neighbour is a farmer with cows, chicken and horses. so in summer you can sit on the garden terasse and watch the neighbors cows.

The flat is located in the (sub) groundfloor so some stairs have to be taken, no elevator is available
