General Overview

The view of the Grimming from the garden is amazing. The apartment is located in "Aigen im Ennstal" in the Schladming-Dachstein region. It has a room that includes a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bed and a sofa bed. It sleeps 2 to 4 people, but there is NO extra bedroom. In the opposite house there is a swimming pool and a sauna that can be used. The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden - there is no extra fence and it could happen that neighbors chickens come and say hello :-)

The Space

The apartment is located in a holiday apartment with 4 houses. All 4 houses together have a swimming pool and sauna that can be used by the owners. On the other side of the building there is a golf course. (additional golf feeI. The other neighbor is a farmer with cows, chickens and horses. In summer, you can sit on the garden terrace and watch the neighbors' cows.

Guest Access

The apartment is located on the (basement) ground floor, so some stairs have to be taken, there is no elevator available
