General Overview

A spacious apartment in the fifteenth arrondissement of Paris, a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower in a neighborhood full of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The airport is well served by 3 metro lines within walking distance. Underground parking space available if we travel by car, to be arranged in advance.

The Space

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, bathroom and kitchen and a storage room. It has a large internal balcony where you can relax with a drink during the summer. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed that I recommend for an adult or possibly two children, I also have an inflatable double mattress that can fit into the living room. The apartment can ideally accommodate 4 comfortable people, 5 with a small adaptation.

Guest Access

The apartment is located on the second floor, served by elevators, access to the residence has no architectural barriers, there are ramps.

Notes

The balcony overlooks an interior courtyard, shared with a kindergarten, so on days when the school is open you can hear the children playing during recess, but we usually swap during school holidays, so it shouldn't be a problem. We do not bring shoes into the house and we will ask our guests to do the same.

Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is full of shops and restaurants, you can get around on foot or by taking the bike sharing service by making a day pass.

Getting to my home

You can easily get there by metro, which serves the two main airports. from Charles de Gaulle by taking the RER and changing to a metro line takes about an hour. from Orly airport it takes about 45 minutes by metro. Underground parking space available if we travel by car, to be arranged in advance.
