General Overview

Of my house I love the view of the sea and the city, the elegance, the tranquility, the well-kept green of the gardens that surround it, the silence, It is in a residential area, but which is from the center full of every service in 7 minutes on foot, downhill. It consists of a living room, three bedrooms, equipped kitchen and two bathroomsIt has two private parking spaces.

The Space

You enter a large entrance hall that leads to the living room of the house with a large area of sofas and armchairs. A table with six chairs, a bookcase with a desk. From the living room you exit onto the balcony overlooking the sea, equipped with table and chairs. . There is a TV and a treadmill. The entrance leads to a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace. There are three bedrooms, one inhabited by one of my regular guests, Katerina, a Belarusian girl, a respectful and very polite person. The other two bedrooms are a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135x200 bed. A balcony goes along the entire length of the apartment.

Guest Access

The apartment is reached via 72 cone of steps. The first two ramps lead to the communal garden. From here you enter the door and go up two floors.

Notes

Availability of a Smart fortwo, from 2007, with semi-automatic transmission, to be parked under the house in the parking space of my property. Comfortable!
