The space

Situated on 10 acres, fenced to 1 acre around residence sprawling with horse paddocks. -3 Bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom, sleeps up to 8 guests -Large through wall AC unit in the living & dining room & Main Bedroom. Ceiling Fans in other 2bedrooms -King size bed in main bedroom & bedroom 2 - Single Bunk Beds in 3rd room with queen size pull out luxury sofa bed - TV in the living room -Fully equipped kitchen & Butlers Pantry with Espresso Coffee Machine. Full size washing machine & microwave -Filtered Rain Water from Fridge -Refrigerator with ice maker -Full bathroom with shower, deep bath & storage

Provided for you: -First Aid Kit -Internet -Luxury Bed Linens & Towels -Iron/Steamer & Board -Beach Towels -Starter Kit: Starter supply of Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Lotion, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent, Dishwasher Tabs, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags CLEANING FEE: There is a cleaning fee of about $450. To Note Extra: Chickens, Ducks and Horses can be hand fed, just let us know if you'd like this and well make sure we leave some farm animal food out for your enjoyment. The property has a large running river arrounding one side of the property, though children are more than welcome please ensure their safety as there is nothing to stop them falling in the water or walking into the horse paddocks which only have electric fencing, a small toddler could easily get into the horse paddocks posing a danger. If you'd like to use the woodier hot tub during your stay we require you do request this as it needs to be set up for guest use as it can pose a fire hazard if not set up correctly

Neighbourhood

We have an extremely quiet neighbourhood surrounded by acreage properties full of cow paddocks. We have only a few close neighbours within 100meters. We strictly prohibit large parties or any disturbances. The neighbours will call the police if we have not registered a gathering for more than 25people. Whilst we welcome guests to indulge in the beauty of tranquility and family / friends gathering we ask that guests keep the noise to a minimum and please ask unless prior arranged to only host the number of guests booked at the accomodation.

Getting to my home

Brisbane is our main international Airport which is approximately a 1hr drive to the Sunshine Coast. You can also fly into Sunshine Coast airport which is only a 20min drive to the farm. Upon arrival, you will use your unique gate code to enter the property

Getting around

We are only 20 mins to the beaches of the Sunshine Coast Train Station is within minutes drive from the farm including bus stations only a short walk
