Two-storey townhouse in a quiet, leafy suburb. Surrounded by Berowra Valley and Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, this place offers a relaxing and comfortable stay. Connect with nature, enjoy numerous walking trails.
The space
Free parking on the street+ one carspace on our driveway.
Ground floor:
Bedroom 1: Comfy double bed, built in robe.
Bathroom 1: includes bathtub and shower, toilet.
Study room: desk+chair if you need to do any work.
First floor:
Lounge: cosy space with plenty of natural light. 55" TV.
Bathroom 2: shower, toilet
Kitchen and dining: Modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook your favourites.
Backyard: small fenced backyard with a partially covered deck where you can enjoy a BBQ.
Not sure how much detail is needed here, I'm happy to answer any questions.

Few steps leading to our front door. Stairs inside the house. Unfortunately, not wheelchair accessible.
Notes
We have a cat (Tobias). In case of a simultaneous exchangefor our preferance is if someone could take care of him. We have a dog too but he could go on a holiday to a friend. Tobias needs to stay, he does not cope well with relocation.
If you come at a time when we are home (hospitality), of course you don't need to worry about taking care of any pets (but you'll meet them:) )
