General Overview

Our home, in Bellevue Washington, is just 20 minutes from Seattle. We are surrounded by beautiful evergreen trees and a partial view of the Lake Sammamish. Our location is perfect for all kinds of activities. We're close to several lakes and the beautiful Cascade Mountains. Enjoy kayaking, shopping, skiing, hiking, camping, bird watching and walking/jogging/cycling trails. We have great restaurants, museums, music venues, and theaters as well as a professional baseball and American football teams for sports fans.

The Space

Our home is surrounded by trees making it a private, tranquil get away. Inside is open and airy with lots of light from 4 skylights. It's full of updated features and has 2 master bedrooms with private bathrooms as well as one guest bathroom. There are two decks upstairs - one off of the bedroom, and the other off of a loft/office - and a large wrap-around deck downstairs. We have an outdoor seating area with two grills. The surrounding trees makes the deck a lovely place to enjoy a BBQ, or a morning coffee. Our kitchen is fully equipped including a gas stove and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals (or heat up take out). The downstairs bedroom also can be used as a gym as it has a treadmill, weights, and a variety of other exercise equipment. Our home also has an attached two-car garage.

In addition to the immediate Seattle area and all it has to offer, within a couple hours’ drive, you can visit Vancouver Canada, our beautiful ocean beaches, the Olympic rain forest, or Portland Oregon.
