General overview
My home is my sanctuary. I have greenbelt on either side of my property and it is at the end of the road of only 3 properties.
It is very peaceful and beautiful. I built the property 15 years ago to accommodate our family of 4.
All on one level with stacking doors on major rooms to create an open easy flow throughout the property.
I have a lovely outside space with a swimming pool, undercover braai area with a pool table. The golf estate has 2 fantastic restaurants, driving range, leisure center equipped with a gym, tennis courts, padel courts, very large swimming pool and coffee shop. There is also a beauty and hair salon. It's very much living on a resort kind of vibe 😀. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away with more fantastic restaurants and Cape Town city center is 30 minutes drive away.
The space
There are 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size poster bed and an ensuite bathroom with a very large Jacuzzi bath and open shower. There is also an outside shower leading on from the bathroom.
The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.
There is an fourth bedroom but if not needed i use as a locked storage room.
There are 2 study rooms.

Jane
Hi , I am Jane and live in a beautiful part of the world, Melkbostrand , Cape Town.
I have 2 children, one living in the UK and one about to embark on his University journey here in Cape Town.
I am recently divorced and hit the big 50, and VERY excited to start my travels and new adventures around the world 🌎 😄
I have lots of family living in the UK so always looking to travel / swap near there. I am also up for new places and open to any proposals or suggestions.
I am a complete newbie to house swapping and have only rented / let my house out before to friends or family so may need some guidance and help to get me started but I am very eager to begin planning 😀
