General overview
My apartment is 55m², it is located on the raised ground floor of a small building, the windows of the living room and bedroom overlook a very quiet little park, the kitchen and bathroom overlook the inner courtyard. All windows are equipped with blinds that can completely block the light if necessary. The neighbors are quiet and kind. I have been living here since 2020. There is a key-box to access the flat.
The building is easily accessible by car, there are always parking spaces available and almost no traffic as it is a dead end street that overlooks the river.
There is a large living room with a very comfortable sofa the size of a single bed (90x200).
A table for eating, my books and my records.
It is also possible to install the mattress for guests (140x200).
The living room has its own door that can be closed.
The bedroom is smaller than the living room, it includes a large bed (160x200), my desk and a large wardrobe in which I make room for travelers to store their things.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and sink.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster, and the necessary kitchen utensils. Guests are welcome to use spices and things from the kitchen that are not to purchase for a short stay.
