General Overview

Welcome to viewing our house. It is located in the SW corner of Calgary and has easy access to all highways. Grocery, drug stores, restaurants and pubs are all within a 10 minute walk.

The Space

The double car garage and main entry are all located on the gound level. Once upstairs, the bedrooms, common areas, office, and two rooftop patios create 1800 sqft of space. One patio faces north and one south, so no matter where the weather is coming from, you can be outside. Both patios have either a fire table or fire ring and bbq. The home is a smart home, and all lights are attached to google. (More importantly, they all dim, so you can create any atmosphere you like). The view to the south, where most of the windows are, is of the hills in the distance, no houses to block the view. Every morning, day and evening has stunning views. In the evenings, nature comes to life as you'll hear frogs, crickets, and coyotes, depending on the time of year.

The one set of stairs has 14 steps. You also need to step out onto the rooftop patios.
